Refund Policy

1. The 30-Day Calm Guarantee

Do the 21 days. If you don't feel calmer and more steady in yourself, tell us within 30 days of your purchase and we'll refund every cent. No questions.

The guarantee is longer than the program on purpose: you have time to actually do the work before you decide.

2. How to ask for a refund

1. Within 30 days of buying, fill in our short refund request form, or email hello@securewithnora.com.
2. Use the email you bought with, or tell us what it was. Your order number helps but isn't required.
3. That's it. If you'd like to tell us what didn't work, we'd be grateful, but you don't have to.

We confirm every request by email straight away.

3. How and when you get your money

Dodo Payments, our reseller and the seller of record, makes every refund, to the card or account you paid with and in the same currency. We pass your request to Dodo within two business days. Your bank usually shows the money within 5 to 10 business days, and Dodo emails you a confirmation. You can also contact Dodo Payments about your payment through the link on your receipt.

4. After a refund

Your download links stop working, and your license to use the workbook ends, so please delete your copies. You're always welcome to buy it again later.

5. Keeping it fair

The guarantee is one refund per person. We may decline a refund in clear cases of abuse, such as buying and refunding repeatedly, or sharing or reselling the workbook. That has nothing to do with whether it worked for you: if it didn't, you get your money back.

6. Your legal rights

This guarantee is in addition to your rights under the consumer law where you live, and doesn't limit them. In the EU and the UK, the law gives you 14 days to withdraw from most online purchases. Downloading the workbook doesn't take away your refund during those 14 days or after them: our guarantee runs for the full 30 days either way, and the refund request form is also where you withdraw from your purchase.

7. Please email us before your bank

A refund through our guarantee is quicker for you than a chargeback, and it costs a small business far less. Don't recognize a charge? On your statement, the purchase shows as Dodo Payments (it usually starts with “DODOPAY”). If a chargeback is opened, download access is paused while it's reviewed.
