1. Who we are

This website (securewithnora.com) and the workbook are run by Anxious to Secure (“we”, “us”). You can reach us any time at hello@securewithnora.com.

2. Agreeing to these terms

By using this website, signing up for a free resource or buying the workbook, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, our Refund Policy and our Disclaimer. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if that's higher) to buy the workbook.

3. What the workbook is, and what it isn't

Anxious to Secure is a self-paced educational workbook for personal development in relationships: daily exercises, worksheets and communication scripts over 21 days.

It is not therapy, counseling, coaching tailored to you, or medical or psychological advice. It doesn't diagnose or treat any condition, and it isn't a substitute for care from a licensed professional. Buying or using it doesn't create a therapist–client or any other professional relationship. Please read our Disclaimer, which also lists free support lines if you're struggling.

We can't promise any particular result. How much you get out of the workbook depends on you, your effort and your circumstances.

4. About Nora

Nora is the character and voice of the Anxious to Secure brand. She isn't a licensed therapist, counselor, psychologist or doctor, and nothing she says on this site, in the workbook or on social media is professional advice. The workbook's methods come from established attachment research, cited in the book.

5. Buying the workbook

Prices are in US dollars and shown on the site. The price you pay is the price shown at checkout when you buy. During the launch the workbook costs less; when the launch ends, the regular price applies to new orders.

Our order process is run by our online reseller, Dodo Payments, which is the Merchant of Record for all orders. Dodo Payments sells the workbook to you, takes your payment, handles sales tax or VAT, sends your receipt and processes refunds. Your purchase is made under Dodo's Buyer Terms, and its Privacy Policy covers your payment details. We never see or store your full card number.

The charge appears on your bank statement from Dodo Payments (it usually starts with “DODOPAY”), not from a name you might not recognize.

6. Getting your workbook

The workbook is a PDF, delivered right away: a download button appears on the confirmation page, and we email you a link. Each link works for 7 days and up to 5 downloads, so please save the PDF once it opens. If a link stops working, you can get a fresh one at any time while your order is active.

If something goes wrong with delivery, email hello@securewithnora.com and we'll sort it out quickly.

7. Our 30-day guarantee

Do the 21 days. If you don't feel calmer and more steady in yourself, email us within 30 days of buying (or use our refund request form) and you'll get every cent back. The details are in our Refund Policy. This guarantee comes on top of any rights you have under the consumer law where you live.

8. Your license to use the workbook

When you buy the workbook, we give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for yourself. That means you may:

• download it and keep copies on your own devices;
• fill it in on your phone, tablet or computer, or print it for your own use.

You may not:

• share, forward, upload or post the PDF or its download links, or give copies to other people;
• resell it, or use it in a course, group, coaching or therapy practice, or any commercial product;
• copy or adapt substantial parts of it, or remove any copyright notice or the name it's licensed to;
• use it, in whole or in part, to train or improve any AI model.

Each copy may be marked with the email address of the person who bought it. If you break these rules, your license ends, your download links stop working, and we may take further action to protect our work.

9. Our content

Everything on this site and in our products (text, worksheets, scripts, design, illustrations, images, videos, the Nora character and the Anxious to Secure name) belongs to us or to people who've licensed it to us, and is protected by copyright and other laws. Apart from the license above, you may not copy or use it without our written permission. Quoting a sentence or two with credit and a link is fine.

10. Using the website

Please don't:

• try to break into, disrupt, overload or test the security of the site or its systems;
• use bots, scrapers or scripts to access the site, copy its content or submit its forms;
• sign other people up for emails, or use the site to send spam;
• get around download limits, or access files or pages that aren't meant for you.

We may block access, cancel links or refuse service to anyone who does. If you find a security problem, please tell us at hello@securewithnora.com instead of using it.

11. Free resources and emails

Free resources, like the 90-Second Spiral Rescue, are educational too, and the same license and disclaimer apply. If you give us your email for one, we'll send it to you. Every email that isn't a receipt or download link has an unsubscribe link, and you can also unsubscribe by emailing us.

12. Other websites and services

The site links to services we don't control, such as Instagram and Dodo Payments. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them, and we aren't responsible for their content or practices.

13. No guarantees about the website

We work hard to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it and our content “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We don't promise the site will always be available, error-free or free of harmful code, or that the content suits your particular situation.

14. Limits on our liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any loss of data, income or goodwill, arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any claim about the site or a purchase is limited to the amount you paid us for the workbook.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't legally be limited, such as for fraud, or takes away rights you have as a consumer under the law where you live.

15. If you misuse the site

If you break these terms or misuse the site or our content (for example, by sharing or reselling the workbook), you agree to cover any losses, costs or claims that result for us, to the extent the law allows.

16. If something goes wrong

Please talk to us first. Most problems are solved with one email: write to hello@securewithnora.com, and we'll try to fix it within 30 days. For payment issues, a refund through our guarantee is faster than a chargeback for you, and much kinder to a small business.

Your purchase itself is made with Dodo Payments, under its Buyer Terms. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under the consumer law where you live, including the right to bring a claim in your local courts where that law gives you one.

17. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. The terms that applied when you bought the workbook keep applying to that purchase.

18. The small print

If any part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies. If we don't enforce a right straight away, we haven't given it up. These terms, with the policies they link to, are the whole agreement between you and us about the site and the workbook.
